At FlairCases, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. During this period, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

After 12 Hours

Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your cancellation request (optional)

Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before your order is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
