Yes, we ship worldwide to over 200 countries. Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on the destination.

4. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are as follows: United States: 8–12 business days; Canada and Europe: 9–14 business days; Australia and New Zealand: 10–15 business days; Asia: 12–25 business days; Africa: 15–30 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and courier processing.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please review our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed instructions.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by email at support@flaircases.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, your order may already be processed or shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.

9. Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?

Most FlairCases are compatible with standard wireless chargers. However, certain styles with magnetic or wallet features may require removing the case before charging. Compatibility details are listed on each product page.
